AGE  to GLOW WITH US

At Glo Haus, we welcome all ages to enjoy the vibe, but for candle + paint sessions:

Guest must be 10 years and older to participate. Anyone 17 years of age and younger will need to be accompanied by an glowing adult during the party. Safety first, NO babies or toddlers allowed during candle + paint sessions for safety reasons!

SIP, GLO & BE RESPONSIBLE 

Because we love a good vibe - but safety shines brighter! At GLO HAUS, we allow sipping while you GLO,  with a few house rules.

 

• BYOB is welcome for guests 21+ - wine, champagne, or wine based cocktails only please!

• No hard liquor or mixed drinks. Let's keep it cue, classy and calm.

• Please drink responsibly - any excessive behavior will dim the glow for everyone.

• Glo Haus reserves the right to stop alcohol consumption at any time for safety or comfort for all guest.

•  Please understand we want you to have fun, but if you have too much fun, we will not let you leave until we can have someone pick you up and or you leave with a guest within your party.  

IF YOU SIP IT, OWN IT. IF YOU GLOW, DO SO WITH GRACE. CHEERS TO  GLOWING RESPONSIBLY!

DON'T BE LATE TO GLO

We run on creativity and clockwork. We also  know things happen, and that's ok! Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can start glowing on time! If you know you are going to be late, please call us and let us know. 

• Candle + Paint Experiences begin promptly - late arrivals may miss important steps or lose their spot

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to catch you up.

• No refunds or reschedules for late arrivals. Need help finding us or running behind? Call us ASAP 337-447-3836.

CANCELING THE GLOW

We'll miss you  - but here's how it works, because understand things may come up.

• If you already booked a spot, but need to cancel, your booking can be transferred to another date. If you need some more time to pick a date, we can issue you a gift card for later use.

• 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your glow (one-time reschedule only)

• No shows? We prep just for you, so unfortunately, that's a lost GLO.

• Private Parties have separate terms - check your booking details!

PICK UP YOUR GLOW!

Your  masterpiece deserves to shine at home!

• Candle needs some time to cure before they are ready to go, so it will be ready for pickup the next business day. We will hold your candles for up to 7 days. f this does not work we can ship to your home for $10.

• Paintings + Candles left behind? No worries - we'll hold them for 7 days.

• Candles cure like cake cools! Your candle needs a few hours to set before its ready to take home and GLO strong.

• Paint parties are not just for artist. Most of our guest have never held a paint brush and leave with a masterpiece.

• Soy wax is a natural GLOgetter! Our candles are made with all natural soy wax - clean burn, longer life and eco-friendly.

• Sip + Create = STRESSED RELIEVED. Science says creativity reduces anxiety. Add a glass of wine..MAGIC GLO!!

• GLO HAUS is built by two sisters. Two sisters, one GLOAL.. To create a space where you can leave the stress at the door and walk into your GLO!

• Whether you're pouring candles, painting your heart our, or shopping in our GLOtique, this is your space to relax, reset, and shine from the inside out.​
